2. Prices & Payment Terms

1. All prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) unless otherwise stated.
2. Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (subject to approval).
3. For bank deposit/transfer payments, production begins only after receipt and verification of payment. Proof of payment must be emailed.
4. Credit card / payment gateway fees are non-refundable. Payment is charged at checkout or prior to production as specified at the time of order.
5. A returned cheque will incur a fee of AED 200.

3. VAT

All prices are subject to 5% VAT as required by UAE law. Clients must provide a valid TRN (Tax Registration Number) if VAT details are to be reflected on invoices.

4. Proofs, Artwork & Colour

1. Clients must carefully review and approve all digital proofs. Approval confirms acceptance of design, spelling, layout and colour (unless a physical colour proof is purchased).
2. M Print House is not liable for errors that the client approved on proofs (including spelling and layout errors).
3. Slight colour variations may occur due to screen calibration and print processes. Exact colour matching is available as an optional paid service.
4. Additional revisions after approval may incur extra charges and will delay production timelines.

5. Production & Lead Times

Production times vary by product and order size. Production begins only after full payment (or payment confirmation) and artwork approval. Urgent or same-day orders may be accepted subject to availability and a rush fee.

6. Order Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

1. Orders can be modified or cancelled only before production has started. Once production begins, cancellations are generally not accepted.
2. If an order is cancelled prior to production, a cancellation fee of 10% or AED 200 (whichever is lower) may apply to cover prepress and administrative costs.
3. Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7 business days of approval. Payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
4. This clause must be read together with our separate Return & Refund Policy.

7. Ownership & Non-Payment

1. Title to goods remains with M Print House until full payment is received.
2. If goods are delivered prior to full settlement, they must be stored securely and marked as property of M Print House until payment clears.

8. Exchanges, Returns & Quality Claims

1. Report defects, damage or incorrect items within 7 business days of delivery with photos and order details.
2. For verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage we will reprint, replace, or refund at our discretion.
3. We are not responsible for issues arising from client-supplied artwork unless we agreed to correct files.
4. Approved proofs signed off by the client negate entitlement to reprints/refunds for design errors.

9. Shipping & Delivery

1. We deliver across the UAE. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for large/signage items.
2. Delivery timelines depend on product type, location and courier availability. M Print House is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Incorrect delivery addresses supplied by the client may incur additional charges.

10. Force Majeure

M Print House is not liable for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply shortages, governmental regulations or transport interruptions.

11. Intellectual Property

1. Designs and artwork created by M Print House remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
2. Clients must ensure they have rights to any logos, images or content provided to us. You indemnify M Print House against any third-party claims arising from materials you supply.

12. Product Quality, Variations & Limitations

While we use high quality materials and professional processes, slight variations in finish, texture and colour may occur. M Print House’s liability is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M Print House shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (including lost profits, missed events or business interruption). Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods or services provided.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

15. Privacy & Data Protection

We process client information solely for order fulfillment and communication. We do not share personal data with third parties except where necessary for payment processing, delivery, or as required by law. By placing an order you agree to our Privacy Policy.

16. WooCommerce & Website Notes

1. Ensure this Terms & Conditions page is selected in WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Terms & Conditions page so customers must accept at checkout.
2. Place a link to this page in the website footer for site-wide access.
3. Confirm consistency between these Terms, your Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy to avoid contradictions.
