This Shipping Policy outlines how M Print House, operated by Muwailih Advertising LLC, processes, handles, and delivers orders across the UAE. Our goal is to ensure fast, secure, and transparent delivery for all customers.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all Emirates across the UAE, including Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Some remote areas may require additional time or charges based on courier policies.

Order Processing & Production Time

As a custom printing and signage company, production time varies depending on the service and order quantity. Standard timelines include:

Digital & Offset Printing: 1–3 business days
Large Format Printing (Banners, Rollups, Stickers): 1–4 business days
Custom Signage Production: 3–10 business days
Event & Exhibition Items: 2–7 business days

Production starts only after artwork approval and payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We use trusted UAE courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Delivery time depends on your location:

Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 business days
Abu Dhabi & Northern Emirates: 2–4 business days
Remote Areas: 3–5 business days

Same-day delivery may be arranged for select products at an additional charge.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location. Fees will be displayed during checkout. Large signage or bulk orders may require special delivery arrangements or installation fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. Our team is available to assist with tracking updates or delivery inquiries.

Possible Delays

Delivery times may be affected by unexpected situations such as weather, traffic restrictions, courier delays, or high-demand seasons. M Print House is not responsible for courier-related delays but will assist customers as needed.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your product arrives damaged or with missing items, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or resolution.
