2. Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
3. Products returned without all original packaging and accessories.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery for eligible items.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return, items must be:

1. Unused and in the same condition as received.
2. In original packaging with all accessories included.
3. Free of any signs of wear, physical damage, or modification.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs are:

1. Paid by the customer for all standard returns.
2. Covered by M Print House only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Restocking Fees

No restocking fees apply. However, returned items must meet all conditions stated above to qualify for a refund.

Refund Method & Processing Time

Refunds are issued through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Once the returned item is received and inspected:

1. We will notify you of approval or rejection within 3 business days.
2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
