Return & Exchange Policy

At M Print House (Muwailih Advertising LLC), we take pride in delivering high-quality printed products. Each order is carefully produced according to the approved artwork and specifications.
Because all our products are custom-made, returns are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects or errors caused by M Print House.

Returns

1. We accept returns only for defective or incorrect products that result from a production error on our part.

2. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 7 business days of receiving your order by emailing info@mprinthouse.ae with clear photos and a description of the issue.

3. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

4. After review, if a production fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, reprint, or partial refund, depending on the situation.

5. We do not accept returns for:

   1. Products with artwork errors approved by the client at the proofing stage.

   2. Issues caused by low-quality or incorrect client-supplied files.

   3. Delays caused by shipping or third-party courier services.

Exchanges

1. We accept exchanges if the received item is defective or incorrect.

2. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery.

3. The replacement will match the original specifications approved in the order.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each print job is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

1. Approved and printed orders without defects.

2. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

1. Refunds are issued only when a reprint or replacement is not possible.

2. For payments made by credit card, note that payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

3. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.

How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request

1. Email info@mprinthouse.ae with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
3. If approved, we will arrange collection, replacement, or refund as applicable.
